Peanut Butter Machines
for Haryana & Faridabad

Faridabad has been an engineering town for six decades, and that history matters more to a food plant than it first appears. The fabrication shops, machining capacity, motor rewinders and maintenance contractors that grew up around the auto-component industry are exactly the ecosystem a processing line needs when something breaks on a Sunday. Very few places in India offer that alongside NCR market access.

Shrijee Nut Company manufactures peanut and nut processing machinery at our Rajkot works and supplies plants across Haryana. We have built this equipment since 2004, with more than 500 machine installations and over 100 turnkey projects across 25+ Indian states. Installation, commissioning and operator training come as standard.

Getting the Size Right

Choose Capacity for Your Market

Over-specifying is the most common and most expensive mistake we see. Buy for the demand you can prove, not the demand you hope for.

Starter Line

100–150 kg/day

New brand serving NCR retail and regional distribution.

  • Compact roaster
  • Single-stage grinding
  • Semi-automatic filling
  • 800–1,200 sq ft footprint

Industrial Line

1,000+ kg/day

Contract and private-label manufacturing for NCR brand owners.

  • Continuous roasting
  • Automated blanching
  • In-line filling and labelling
  • Bulk storage tanks

Haryana’s advantage is NCR access at non-NCR cost. A plant in Faridabad or Sonipat serves the same Delhi distribution network as a plant inside the city, on developed HSIIDC plots at materially lower cost per square foot and with simpler power connections. If you are weighing Delhi against Haryana for a first plant, model both — the difference is usually decisive.

Machinery is supplied nationwide from our Rajkot works — only freight to site differs. Budget separately for premises, pollution-board consent, electrical load sanction, internal wiring and civil work including flooring and drainage. See our plant investment guide, profit margin analysis and automation comparison.

Why Produce Here

Four Reasons Haryana Works
as a Production Base

An Engineering Ecosystem

Faridabad’s fabrication shops, machining capacity and motor rewinders are a genuine operational asset. When a bearing fails or a hopper needs modifying, you are hours from a solution rather than days.

NCR Market Without NCR Rent

HSIIDC estates across Faridabad, Manesar, Rohtak and Sonipat offer developed plots with utilities in place, serving the same Delhi distribution network at materially lower occupancy cost.

Simpler Zoning Than Delhi

Delhi restricts manufacturing to notified industrial areas and the available stock is limited. Haryana’s industrial estates are purpose-built, and the approval path is generally more straightforward for a new food unit.

Northern Belt Distribution

A plant here reaches Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Himachal without a second facility, on road infrastructure that is among the best in the country.

From Plan to Production

Setting Up in Haryana

The order these happen in matters. Pollution-board consent and load sanction routinely take longer than machine manufacture.

01

Secure the Plot

HSIIDC estates are the usual route; confirm the plot permits food processing before committing.

02

Registrations

FSSAI, GST, Udyam and the local trade or factory licence.

03

HSPCB & Load

Apply to the Haryana State Pollution Control Board for consent and to the discom for sanctioned load.

04

Civil & Electrical

Flooring, drainage and wiring completed against our layout and foundation drawings.

05

Delivery & Commissioning

2–3 day road transit from Rajkot, then installation and operator training on site.

Apply for load sanction early. We issue a connected-load schedule with every quotation precisely so you can start this before the machines are built. Metering and sanction routinely take longer than manufacture, and it is the most common reason commissioning slips.

Where to Build

Siting a Peanut Butter
Plant in Haryana

Haryana’s industrial estates are purpose-built and well distributed, so the choice is really about which market you are closest to.

Faridabad

The state’s oldest manufacturing belt, with sectoral industrial areas and an unmatched depth of fabrication and maintenance contractors. Closest Haryana option to south and east Delhi distribution.

Manesar, Rohtak & Sonipat

IMT Manesar suits units oriented toward Gurugram and west Delhi. IMT Rohtak and the Sonipat belt offer lower-cost developed plots with good northern connectivity.

Space You Will Need

A 100–150 kg/day line needs roughly 800–1,200 sq ft including storage, processing and packing. A 500 kg/day line needs 2,500–4,000 sq ft. Budget separately for a dry, ventilated raw material store — FSSAI inspection will look for it.

Raw Material & Logistics

Sourcing and Delivery

Haryana is a major agricultural state but not a groundnut one — the crop here is wheat, mustard and rice. Kernels come in from Rajasthan (Bikaner, Jaipur and the Shekhawati belt) and Gujarat, either direct from processors or through the Delhi wholesale trade.

  • Buy direct from producing-state processors where volume allows. Grade and moisture consistency improve noticeably against buying through the trade, and that shows up directly in roast consistency.
  • Rajasthan is the shorter haul, Gujarat usually the better grade. Most Haryana processors end up running both and grading tightly at intake rather than committing to one.
  • Aflatoxin management starts at intake. Do not delete the sorting table and vibratory sieve to save on the machine list — rejecting kernels at intake is far cheaper than a failed FSSAI test on finished stock.
  • Road transit from our Rajkot works is 1,100–1,300 km, typically two to three days once dispatched.

Compliance

Licences for a Haryana Unit

  • FSSAI manufacturing licence — State licence for most units; Central licence above the turnover threshold or if you plan to export.
  • GST and Udyam (MSME) registration — the latter unlocks most subsidy and priority-lending schemes.
  • HSPCB consent to establish and consent to operate from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.
  • Factory licence from the state labour department, plus fire NOC depending on built-up area.
  • Legal Metrology packer registration if you sell pre-packaged retail — it governs how your label declares net quantity.

Rules and thresholds change periodically. Treat this as an orientation checklist, not a compliance reference, and confirm the current position with a local consultant. Our guide to FSSAI compliance for peanut butter manufacturers covers the food-safety side in depth.

Utilities

Power & Load Planning

Haryana runs standard Indian 415V three-phase 50Hz supply, so our machines connect without modification. Industrial supply in the HSIIDC estates is generally dependable, so most units size a backup set to cover grinding and filling only rather than the full load.

Line capacityIndicative connected load
100–150 kg/day15 – 25 kW
300–500 kg/day40 – 60 kW

Common Questions

Peanut Butter Machines in Haryana

Yes. We manufacture at our Rajkot, Gujarat facility and deliver across Haryana. Road transit is approximately 1,100–1,300 km and typically takes two to three days once the machine is dispatched. Installation, commissioning and operator training are part of our standard supply.

Typically an FSSAI manufacturing licence, GST registration, Udyam (MSME) registration, a factory or trade licence from the local authority, and consent to establish and operate from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board. Legal Metrology packer registration applies if you sell pre-packaged retail. Requirements change periodically, so verify current rules with a local consultant.

Standard Indian 415V three-phase 50Hz. A 100–150 kg/day line typically needs 15-25 kW sanctioned load, a 300–500 kg/day line 40-60 kW, and a 1,000 kg/day line 85-130 kW. Industrial supply in the HSIIDC estates is generally dependable. We issue a connected-load schedule with every quotation so you can apply to the discom before the machines arrive.

Yes, across Haryana as part of our standard supply. Training covers roast profiling, grinder gap setting, cleaning and changeover routines, and preventive maintenance. Faridabad’s fabrication and rewinding ecosystem means most routine maintenance can be handled locally once your team is trained.

Two reasons. Delhi restricts manufacturing to notified industrial areas with limited available stock, while Haryana’s HSIIDC estates are purpose-built with utilities already in place and a generally simpler approval path. Second, Faridabad’s engineering ecosystem — fabrication shops, machining, motor rewinders — means maintenance turnaround is hours rather than days. You serve the same Delhi distribution network at materially lower occupancy cost.

Haryana grows wheat, mustard and rice rather than groundnut, so kernels come in from Rajasthan — Bikaner, Jaipur and the Shekhawati belt — and from Gujarat, either direct from processors or through the Delhi wholesale trade. Rajasthan is the shorter haul; Gujarat usually the better grade. Most processors run both and grade tightly at intake.
