- We reserve the right to modify product specifications, features, or pricing without prior notice.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All prices quoted on the website or through direct communication are subject to change and are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), shipping, freight, installation charges, and customs duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- A formal purchase order or proforma invoice must be agreed upon before any order is confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment Terms
- An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from Shrijee Nut Co.
- Payment terms, including advance amount, milestone payments, and balance due before dispatch, will be outlined in the proforma invoice or sales agreement.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in manufacturing, dispatch, or cancellation of the order.
5. Manufacturing & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on order complexity, customization requirements, and production schedules.
- Shrijee Nut Co. shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, raw material shortages, or transportation disruptions.
- Risk of loss or damage to machinery transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The buyer is responsible for arranging adequate insurance for transit unless included in the agreed terms.
6. Installation & Commissioning
- Installation and commissioning services, if included, will be carried out at the buyer's site as per mutually agreed timelines.
- The buyer must ensure that the site is ready with required utilities (electricity, water supply, compressed air, civil work) before the scheduled installation date.
- Any additional costs arising from site unreadiness, rework, or delays caused by the buyer shall be borne by the buyer.
7. Warranty
- Machinery supplied by Shrijee Nut Co. comes with a warranty period as specified in the individual product's sales agreement or invoice.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear of consumable and moving parts (belts, bearings, seals, blades, etc.)
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations, improper power supply, or inadequate maintenance
- Damage caused during transit if insurance was not arranged
- Warranty claims must be reported in writing with photographs and a detailed description of the issue.
8. Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our machinery, orders once confirmed and under production cannot be cancelled.
- Returns are accepted only in cases of proven manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by Shrijee Nut Co.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, machinery drawings, videos, and brochures — is the intellectual property of Shrijee Nut Co.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Machinery designs, process layouts, and technical drawings shared during quotations remain the property of Shrijee Nut Co. and must not be shared with third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Shrijee Nut Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our machinery.
- Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific product or service in question.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the machinery is operated by trained personnel in accordance with the operating manual and safety guidelines provided.
11. Compliance & Safety
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for operating the machinery in their jurisdiction.
- Shrijee Nut Co. manufactures equipment in compliance with applicable Indian industrial standards. Compliance with international or local food safety certifications (FSSAI, FDA, CE, etc.) at the buyer's facility is the buyer's responsibility.
- All safety protocols and operator guidelines provided with the machinery must be followed strictly.
12. Website Usage
- You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
- We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times without interruption or error.
