Peanut Butter Machines
for the UAE
The UAE imports every kernel it processes, and that turns out not to matter. What the country has instead is the shortest sea route from India of any of our export markets, world-class free-zone infrastructure, a dense private-label and contract-manufacturing sector, and re-export reach across the GCC and East Africa. For a processor, the raw material is a purchasing decision rather than a geographic constraint.
We have exported machinery to the UAE for years from our works at Jam Kandorna in Rajkot, Gujarat — a four to seven day run to Jebel Ali. More than 500 machine installations and over 100 turnkey plant projects since 2004, with the full export documentation set provided at the time of import.
From Raw Groundnut to Filled Jar
Order the full sequence as one integrated package, or individual machines to fill gaps in an existing setup.
Every Machine We Manufacture
Twenty machines across six categories — supplied individually or as a fully integrated line.
Choose Capacity for Your Market
Over-specifying is the most common and most expensive mistake we see. Buy for the demand you can prove, not the demand you hope for.
Starter Line
100–150 kg/dayNew brand serving UAE retail, speciality grocery and online channels.
- Compact roaster
- Single-stage grinding
- Semi-automatic filling
- Small free-zone unit
Growth Line
300–500 kg/dayEstablished brand supplying UAE modern trade and GCC distribution.
- Rotary roaster and cooling belt
- Blanching stage included
- Two-stage grinding
- Automatic filling
Industrial Line
1,000+ kg/dayContract or private-label manufacturer supplying regional brands and re-export.
- Continuous roasting
- Automated blanching
- In-line filling and labelling
- Bulk storage tanks
The UAE rewards packaging flexibility over raw throughput. Private-label and contract work here means many SKUs, many jar sizes and frequent changeovers rather than long single-product runs. Specify a ribbon blender sized to your smallest economic batch and a filler that changes format quickly — that will do more for margin than a larger grinder. See our plant investment guide and automation comparison.
Four Reasons the UAE
Is Our Easiest Export Run
Days, Not Weeks
Mundra to Jebel Ali is typically four to seven days. That is the shortest lead time of any market we ship to, and it makes spares, replacement parts and follow-on machines genuinely practical rather than a planning exercise.
Electrical Compatibility
The UAE runs 50Hz supply with 400V three-phase distribution — the same frequency as India and inside the tolerance band of our standard motors and control gear. No conversion, no rewind.
Built for Multi-SKU Work
Contract and private-label manufacturing dominates here. Two-stage grinding plus a properly sized blender lets one line run smooth, crunchy, unsweetened and flavoured variants without fighting the equipment on every changeover.
Re-Export Reach
A UAE plant serves the GCC, East Africa and the subcontinent from one location. If that is the plan, specify export-grade packaging and coding from the start rather than retrofitting a line later.
Importing Machinery into the UAE
The shortest export run we make. We handle manufacture, pre-dispatch testing, export packing and documentation; everything on the UAE side is handled by your clearing agent or free-zone operator.
Proforma Invoice
We issue a proforma invoice covering the machine list, specification and terms, which your bank and clearing agent work from.
Documentation Pack
We prepare the export documentation set and supply anything further your clearing agent asks for.
Manufacture & Testing
Two to four weeks depending on the configuration ordered, with pre-dispatch testing.
Sea Freight
Mundra or Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali, Khalifa or Sharjah, typically 4–7 days port to port.
Clearance & Delivery
Your clearing agent handles customs or free-zone formalities, then short road transport to site.
Confirm every import requirement with your licensed clearing agent. Conformity assessment, permits and product registration differ by consignment and are revised periodically, so your agent in the UAE is the authority on what your shipment actually needs. This page is not a compliance reference and we do not advise on it.
Whatever documentation they ask for, we provide. At the time of import we prepare and supply the full set on our side — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, technical specifications, test records and any further paperwork your agent or the authorities require.
Specified for UAE
Operating Conditions
Gulf ambient conditions are the main engineering variable here, and they affect product more than they affect machinery.
Heat-Aware Specification
Summer ambient temperatures raise the load on cooling and shorten the window between roasting and grinding. We size cooling-belt residence time for the actual plant environment rather than a temperate default, and advise on jacketed storage where the finished product will sit.
Stable Supply, Sized Properly
UAE industrial supply is dependable, so a full-capacity generator is rarely justified. What matters is getting the sanctioned load right first time — the connected-load schedule ships with every quotation for your consultant or free-zone authority.
Imported Kernel Handling
Every kernel arrives by sea, often from more than one origin. Intake grading matters more here than in a growing region, because you are blending lots rather than buying one harvest — keep the sorting and sieving stage in the machine list.
Sourcing Groundnut for a UAE Plant
The UAE grows no groundnut, so every kernel is imported — commonly from India, Sudan, Argentina and Brazil. That makes sourcing a procurement discipline rather than a logistics one, and it changes what your intake stage has to do.
- Multiple origins mean multiple moisture profiles. Unless you grade tightly at intake, expect to re-tune the roaster whenever the origin changes — which is the single most common cause of inconsistent product here.
- Buy on specification, not just price. Agreeing kernel grade, count and moisture with your supplier up front is worth far more than a marginal saving per tonne.
- Keep the sorting table and vibratory sieve. Imported lots arrive already handled and shipped; intake screening is your only chance to reject before grinding.
- Plan dry, temperature-controlled storage. Gulf conditions are unforgiving on kernel quality once a container is opened.
Installation, Commissioning
& Operator Training
Before Shipment
You receive general-arrangement layout drawings, foundation details, utility and connected-load schedules, and a full operating and maintenance manual — so your civil and electrical work can be finished before the machines arrive.
On Site
Commissioning support and operator training covering roast profiling, grinder gap setting, cleaning routines and preventive maintenance. Engineer deputation is quoted separately — travel, visa and per-diem are additional. Where an on-site visit is not practical we run remote commissioning over video call, and we will tell you plainly at quotation stage which approach suits your line.
Peanut Butter Machines in the UAE
Yes — the UAE is one of our established export markets. We manufacture in Rajkot, Gujarat and ship on FOB or CIF terms through Mundra and Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali, Khalifa or Sharjah, typically four to seven days port to port. We supply the full export documentation set at the time of import.
Yes. The UAE runs 50Hz supply with 400V three-phase distribution and 230V single phase. India uses 415V three-phase at the same frequency, which sits inside the tolerance band of our standard motors and control gear — no frequency conversion or rewind. We supply the connected-load schedule with every quotation.
Sea freight from Mundra or Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali typically runs four to seven days port to port — the shortest run of any market we export to. Add two to four weeks for manufacturing and pre-dispatch testing. The short lead time also makes spares and follow-on machines practical rather than something to stockpile.
Ask your licensed clearing agent — they are the authority on this, and we deliberately do not advise on it. Conformity assessment, import permits and food-product registration differ by consignment and are revised periodically, so anything we published here could be out of date by the time you ship. What we do commit to is the paperwork on our side: at the time of import we prepare and provide the full documentation set, including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, technical specifications and test records, plus any further documents your agent or the authorities request.
That is the usual requirement in the UAE, and it is a specification decision rather than a capacity one. You need two-stage grinding for texture control, a ribbon blender sized to your smallest economic batch, a granulator dicer for crunchy variants, and a filler that changes jar format quickly. Tell us your SKU list and we will size around changeover rather than throughput.
Entirely by import — commonly India, Sudan, Argentina and Brazil. Because you may be running more than one origin, intake grading matters more here than in a growing region: different origins carry different moisture and kernel size, and switching without screening is the most common cause of inconsistent product.
We provide layout drawings, foundation and utility details before shipment, and commissioning support with operator training on site. Engineer deputation is arranged case by case and quoted separately, covering travel, visa and per-diem — though the short flight and transit make UAE visits considerably simpler to arrange than our other export markets.
Yes, and for a free-zone unit it is usually the sensible route — one integrated package, one layout and one party accountable at commissioning. A complete line covers roasting, cooling, blanching, grading, two-stage grinding, mixing, filling and labelling. See our turnkey peanut butter plant page for the full scope.
