The Businesses Behind Our Installations
Shrijee Nut Company has built peanut processing machinery in Rajkot, Gujarat, since 2004. Over that time it has made more than 500 machine installations, delivered more than 100 turnkey projects and served more than 1000 clients. Those clients range from new brands on starter lines of 100–150 kg a day to contract manufacturers running 1,000+ kg a day for several brands from one plant.
Who Our Clients Are
Many buyers are making peanut butter. They include new brands selling through local shops, health-food retail, online marketplaces and quick-commerce, and established brands moving into supermarket chains and modern trade. They also include contract and private-label manufacturers producing for other brands. A second group already handles groundnuts and is adding value to them: oil mills, groundnut traders, snack and namkeen producers, and farmer cooperatives that grade kernels for export. For these buyers, a quotation can cover only the stages they are missing rather than a full line. Other equipment serves wider food processing. The Sorting Table, for example, is also used by dry fruit packers and spice manufacturers. Blanched splits go into snacks, confectionery and RUTF/RUS nutrition products. Businesses with no plant of their own can use the Private Labelling Opportunity instead of buying equipment.
Where Our Clients Are
Within India, the company reports serving more than 25 states. Outside India, it manufactures for export on FOB or CIF terms and has dedicated buyer pages for the UAE, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi. For overseas projects, layout, foundation and utility drawings are sent before dispatch, so civil and electrical work can be finished during transit. A full export documentation set is supplied at the time of import. Commissioning and operator training are done on site, or over video where a visit is not practical.
How Needs Change With Scale
A starter line is built around compact roasting, single-stage grinding and simple filling in a small floor space. A growth line adds a rotary roaster with a cooling belt, a blanching stage and two-stage grinding. An industrial line moves to continuous roasting, automated blanching, inline filling and labelling, and bulk storage tanks. At any of these scales, a Turnkey Peanut Butter Plant puts the whole project with one supplier, with a single layout, a single spares list and one party accountable at commissioning.
