Manufacturer & Exporter

Built in India for Overseas Processors

Shrijee Nut Company has manufactured peanut and nut processing machinery in Rajkot, Gujarat since 2004, with more than 500 machine installations and over 100 turnkey projects delivered. We export roasters, blanchers, grinders, mixers and filling systems as individual machines or as a complete turnkey peanut butter plant, built in food-grade SS304 stainless steel as standard, with SS316 optional.

Export lines are sized from 100 to more than 1,000 kg per day. Below is how an overseas order runs, with a guide for each country we supply.

From Our Works to Your Floor

How Export Orders Work

We handle manufacture, pre-dispatch testing, export packing and documentation. Everything on the import side is handled by your licensed clearing agent.

1. Enquiry & Specification

Tell us your target output in kilograms per day, your packaging format, whether you need smooth, crunchy or both, and your site’s power situation. We come back with a machine list, a layout drawing and a firm price.

2. Proforma Invoice

We issue a proforma invoice covering the machine list, specification and terms, which your bank and clearing agent work from. Payment terms are set out in the proforma invoice or sales agreement.

3. Manufacture & Testing

Manufacture takes two to four weeks depending on the configuration ordered, followed by pre-dispatch testing. Layout, foundation and utility drawings reach you while the machines are still on our floor.

4. Shipping

We ship on FOB or CIF terms from Mundra or Nhava Sheva, with the full export documentation set prepared on our side.

5. Installation & Commissioning

With civil and electrical work finished during transit, we commission the line and train your operators on site. Remote commissioning over video is available where a visit is not practical.

Electrical Compatibility

Power & Voltage Configuration

India runs 415V three-phase at 50Hz. All ten markets below also run 50Hz, on 415V or 400V three-phase, so our standard machines need no frequency conversion or motor rewinding — an advantage machinery built for 60Hz markets does not have.

  • 415V / 50Hz: Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and Zimbabwe — effectively identical to India.
  • 400V / 50Hz: Ghana, Malawi, South Africa, Tanzania, the UAE and Zambia — within the tolerance band of our standard motors and control gear.
  • Generator-friendly starting: soft or star-delta starters on higher-rated grinding motors cut the inrush current that trips generator sets on restart.
  • Connected-load schedule with every quotation, so your generator, changeover and stabiliser are sized correctly.
Logistics

Shipping & Documentation

Ports and Transit Times

Machinery leaves from Mundra or Nhava Sheva on FOB or CIF terms. Indicative sea transit, port to port and before customs clearance:

  • UAE (Jebel Ali, Khalifa, Sharjah): 4–7 days
  • Kenya (Mombasa): 16–24 days
  • Tanzania (Dar es Salaam): 18–26 days
  • South Africa (Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha): 18–28 days
  • Nigeria (Apapa, Tin Can Island, Onne, Calabar): 25–35 days
  • Ghana (Tema, Takoradi): 26–36 days
  • Landlocked markets, sea plus road or rail inland: Uganda 28–40 days; Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe 30–45 days

Treat these as indicative; routing and port congestion move them.

Export Documentation

At the time of import we prepare and supply the full documentation set on our side: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, technical specifications and test records, plus any further paperwork your clearing agent or the authorities require.

Confirm every import requirement with your licensed clearing agent. Permits and conformity assessment differ by consignment and change periodically, so we do not advise on import compliance.

After the Shipment Lands

Installation, Training & After-Sales Abroad

Drawings Before Dispatch

Layout, foundation and utility drawings are supplied before shipment, so civil and electrical work finishes during transit.

Commissioning & Training

We commission the line and train your operators on roast profiling, grinder gap setting, the cleaning cycle and intake screening for aflatoxin control, plus restart procedure after a power interruption where supply is unreliable. Engineer deputation is quoted separately, covering travel, visa and per-diem.

Spares & Maintenance

A recommended spares list ships with the order — grinding stones, bearings, seals and belts. Common bearing sizes and standard motor frames let a local millwright maintain the line. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the period stated in your sales agreement or invoice.
